360° Feedback System

The 360° Feedback System is a process by which multiple people you interact with rate you according to their observation of you.  Afterwards, in a debrief, we look at the combination of results of all raters and the comparison of how you rated yourself. Typically, the more raters you select the more accurate picture you’ll receive. 360s are very popular in corporate America. By doing a 360, you will understand how others see you and how well your intentions and actions are being received by your team. Most importantly, the information you receive from your raters offers you many opportunities to improve your performance on the job, as well as to improve the relationships themselves.

Team ELI Assessment

Having your team or group take the ELI assessment provides insight into their individual results, as well as the overall group perspective.
